ADC, equity, inclusion, & belonging are at the heart of everything we do. As
an agency that centers on the experiences of Black & Brown communities,
we are deeply committed to creating spaces where all individuals feel
seen, valued, and empowered to express their unique identities.

Equity: We dismantle systemic barriers by creating opportunities for
underrepresented artists, creators, and businesses. Our commitment to
equitable practices extends to the partnerships we form, the artists we
uplift, and the platforms we build to amplify marginalized voices.

Inclusion: Inclusion is woven into the fabric of our organization. We strive
to create environments where all individuals, regardless of race, gender,
age, sexual orientation, ability, or socioeconomic background.

Belonging: We believe that everyone deserves to feel a sense of
belonging. Our events foster connection, mutual respect, and shared joy,
creating spaces where community members can gather, celebrate, and
learn from one another. We actively seek feedback from our stakeholders
to ensure that our practices and policies continue to create inclusive, safe,
and affirming environments for everyone.
